Mortified is a hard thing to describe concisely. It’s a stage show. It’s a documentary. It’s a TV series. It’s a book series. And now, it’s a podcast.
The premise is both simple and terrifying. Adults dig through journals and letters from their childhood or teenage years, select their most mortifying musings, and read them in front of a live audience of strangers.
I listened to the first three episodes, and each had multiple laugh out loud moments. (Laughing like a lunatic in my car by myself is a nice addition to the crazy Boston driver vibe I have going.)
The episodes are only around 15 minutes long, so it’s a fun and easy listen. You can find Mortified on the web, iTunes, Soundcloud, and elsewhere.
